How to resize a folder?
If you would like to resize the entire folder display proportionally, use the mouse to point at the corner
of the folder window. The cursor arrow transforms into a diagonal double arrow. Press the left mouse
button to stretch or shrink the corner of the window by continuing to press the button until the size is
adjusted to your needs.
If you would like to minimize or maximize the size of a folder window, you can, like in all Windows
programs, use the buttons on the right side of the title bar.
How to restore the original size of a folder?
Use the command "Restore" in Windows menu of menu bar.
What are docking folders?
The Docking folders in ShenProfessional are the most important source of information. A Docking
folder can be part of a register.
Docking folders are unique because they can be separated from the affiliated register. The separation
of a Docking folder from its affiliated register allows you to switch to full picture mode or to view
several folders simultaneously.
Separate a Docking folder from the main folder
Select one of the two options to separate a Docking folder that is part of a register from its main folder:
1. Double click on the Docking folder tab.
2. Use the drag and drop function in order to move the Docking folder, select the Docking folder tab by
pointing on it with the mouse cursor, hold down the left mouse button, drag the folder to a new
location and release the mouse button.
Re-attach a Docking folder to the main folder
Press the Docking folder close button located in the Docking folder window at the upper right corner
of the title bar. You can also use the shortcut Alt+F4, or manually move the Docking folder back to its
original place using the mouse.
What can be done with drag and drop?
ShenProfessional uses the drag and drop editing function in order to drag and drop text between
documents or among different applications. It is, for example, used to move folders, to drag symptoms
into the TCM Diagnoses, to drag TCM terms or TCM diagnoses into the Point Search function, or to
drag acupuncture points into a treatment protocol.
To use the drag and drop function select the text by pointing on it using the mouse cursor, hold the
mouse button pressed and drag the text to a new location and then release the mouse button.
